To ensure a timely departure, passengers are required to arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes before their scheduled flight. For reservations after 4 PM, please account for heavy commuter traffic and allow at least 45 minutes for travel to the heliport to avoid late fees.
Passengers exceeding 275 lbs./124 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at 100% of the applicable retail price. Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Must walk through a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying

$160 more than the price of the helicopter when you arrive. I thought it was private for the 4 of us for mom's birthday, not at all. Full, sitting in the middle. Not great. Bad service. The views, on the other hand, are magnificent.

It was a very pleasant flight with a very nice pilot. You need to allow yourself a bit of time before the flight. The pilot showed us where everything is and we could ask him questions. You don't do that very often and I didn't regret it. Photos were taken on the helicopter. For $25 you could have a printed photo or all the photos sent to you by email.
