The New York Pass® is activated upon first use, and is active for the consecutive number of days selected.
You can only visit each attraction once per lifetime of pass. There is however no limit to the number of attractions you can visit during your pass duration.
Child passes are only available for ages 3 to 12 years old. For any accompanying children under 3 yrs old please check with each individual attraction or tour whether infants are accepted and/or need to pay an entrance fee.
Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry does not include entry to Statue of Liberty pedestal or crown levels inside - must be purchased separately.
PLEASE NOTE: Some attractions welcome visitors on the day and some need to be booked in advance, so be sure to check the digital guide for instructions and place reservations well in advance (where needed) to avoid disappointment.
New York also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements, but will involve wait times during busy periods. These include Top of the Rock Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Best of NYC Cruise by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises and Liberty Super Express Cruise. For these attractions in particular, check all the tips included on the digital guide and app, to ensure you have the best sightseeing experience.

Situated in Lower Manhattan, One World Observatory offers a state-of-the-art viewing platform 102 stories above ground. Travel straight to the top in 47 seconds in the SkyPod Elevator and delve into the cities cultural and financial history with interactive displays, and interesting talks led by the Tour Ambassadors. Statue of Liberty

Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Ferry - *Does not include entry to pedestal or crown levels inside Statue of Liberty - must be purchased separately.* No New York visit is complete without an official welcome from Lady Liberty. This is the second time I've been to NYC and the second time I've bought The New York Pass. It is a great value, I more than got my money's worth out of it, and I would buy it again for the next trip. (Beware: there is a similarly named City Pass that is less expensive, but you get less)

Pass was brilliant - but the information given by the phone operative, who said the hop on hop off bus was included in the price, was in fact completely untrue !!!

The tour was good, however this was not included as promised by Viator. We had to pay and extra $54 each to get what Viator told us was included. A bus your.. I even called Viator before hand to make sure it included a bus tour and was told that yea it did! Scam and waste of money! Very disappointed

Thank you for your feedback. The New York Pass is terrific savings for anyone visiting the city. It includes admissions to a variety of attractions, museums, walking tours and a variety bus tours such as the Uptown New York TV and Movie Sites tour, the Real Bronx tour, and even a round-trip ticket to visit Atlantic City.
