The New York Pass® is activated upon first use, and is active for the consecutive number of days selected.
You can only visit each attraction once per lifetime of pass. There is however no limit to the number of attractions you can visit during your pass duration.
Child passes are only available for ages 3 to 12 years old. For any accompanying children under 3 yrs old please check with each individual attraction or tour whether infants are accepted and/or need to pay an entrance fee.
Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry does not include entry to Statue of Liberty pedestal or crown levels inside - must be purchased separately.
PLEASE NOTE: Some attractions welcome visitors on the day and some need to be booked in advance, so be sure to check the digital guide for instructions and place reservations well in advance (where needed) to avoid disappointment.
New York also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements, but will involve wait times during busy periods. These include Top of the Rock Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Best of NYC Cruise by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises and Liberty Super Express Cruise. For these attractions in particular, check all the tips included on the digital guide and app, to ensure you have the best sightseeing experience.

Situated in Lower Manhattan, One World Observatory offers a state-of-the-art viewing platform 102 stories above ground. Travel straight to the top in 47 seconds in the SkyPod Elevator and delve into the cities cultural and financial history with interactive displays, and interesting talks led by the Tour Ambassadors. Statue of Liberty

Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Ferry - *Does not include entry to pedestal or crown levels inside Statue of Liberty - must be purchased separately.* No New York visit is complete without an official welcome from Lady Liberty. This pass allowed me to see and even find more things to do in my time there, than I could even do in 3 days...I would buy it again just for this! It made it easy to pay for it's self, I even added a hop on hop off bus pass and hardly had to worry about paying for extra transportation costs in my trip, which saved money also this helped me find my way around with ease.

The ship was cool, the route was cool, the booking ability was great but the crew needs a little work. They put a tip jar out at the end and that tells me that there is a certain level of performance or interaction involved and there just wasn't any. I've been on a few of these excursions and I would say this one needs a little fine tuning.

This was a good pass. For our entire trip to America though, I would get front of the line passes for EVERYTHING. Worth the extra money. Lines are a waist of time, and they were everywhere!
