We took a morning tour and there were only three people, so we didn’t have to wait at all. The tour was very safe and doable for my 60yo dad who had never been zip lining before. The guides were friendly and took pictures on my camera for us.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Monteverde at the beginning of Dec. One of the mornings, we did the Original zip lining tour with guides David and Sebastian. It was a small group of us, one other couple and the guides. First we did the Tarzan swing, which originally I thought would be very scary, but it was thrilling! Such an adrenaline rush! Then we started the zip lining. There were 14 in total and it took about 2 hours. Our guides were very helpful and made us feel very safe and secure. I immediately got comfortable and enjoyed myself immensely! After the first part of the canopy tour, we got to rappel down to the forest floor and climb back up inside of a hollow tree. It was hard but awesome! At the end of the second part of the canopy tour, there were too very long zip lines. One of them was over a half a mile long! There were amazing views, you could see all the way to the Pacific Ocean! It was such an extraordinary feeling flying through the air for so long! Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this tour to anyone going to Monteverde!

My husband and I (mid-50s) have never zip-lined before. This was an excellent choice due to their attention to fun and most of all SAFETY. We spent a great afternoon in the canopy. It is a beautiful facility. As we were finishing up, the sun was lower in the sky as we passed through the same valley twice. The guides take pictures & videos for you if you want. Thank you David & Greivin!!!
