Really enjoyed the canopy tour. A bit more climbing and energetic than we expected!! We have done a bit of this type of stuff before like abseiling, climbing etc and it was very apparent that all the guides new the safety procedures and followed them really well. You go to fast to really see stiff as you zip over the lines but saw a fair few animals as we hiked between some of the sections. We were staying at the hotel it is at so very convenient for us.

Our family had a great time ziplining through the jungle canopy. Our guides were experienced with the technical aspects of the excursion as well as teaching us about the wildlife. We felt very safe the whole time, and had a blast. One of the best parts was having a tour for just our family. We'd highly recommend using this outfit.

Carlos in the Monteverde Visitor Center gave us great recommendations, including this one. We signed up for the Original Canopy Tour that started with a BIG Tarzan swing, followed by 15 zip lines that started small and then got longer and faster. The tour also included a climb up a hollow fig tree, which was fascinating. The guides were very helpful and patient, even with kids as young as 5, although that 5 year old was more brave than me. It was a wonderful way to be up in the trees and view the forest from a different angle. And great value.
