We are the only Ghost Tour company that has been in operation in Charleston since 1979 and you will get a quality tour instead of a quantity tour. We are a ghost tour so if you are looking for a lot of history we suggest you take our history tour. We give a Spiritual Tour and have "at the moment" evidence of things that have happened and sometimes have things happen on tour! Our tour guides are licensed with the city of Charleston and have been guiding for many years. We are not a chain company but a mom and pop shop that is Charleston's first ghost tour company and you'll get a passionate guide who loves the history and ghosts of Charleston. We make sure you'll want to come visit again and again and enjoy what we do as we have been doing this for over 42 years. We may not have thousands of reviews because we are small but we do give the best ghost tour. Charleston is the Holy City by the Sea and our faith keeps us giving the best ghost tour around. What To Expect

St. Philip's Church

This is where it all begins. We have photographic evidence of 2 different spirits at this location that we will tell you all about. Sometimes things happen here that are not explainable and our customers are left with vivid thoughts of what just happened.

The Powder Magazine

We tell you about the ghosts that inhibit the magazine and sometimes have noises happen from the inside.

Tour as advertised. Trish our guide was nice and the tour was an easy walk. You will get a little history and see a few historical places. We didn't get lucky to see any ghosts, but I did get an unexplained flashing light on a video I took at the cemetery.

Tour guide was enthusiastic but a little over the top. I didn't expect to see ghosts but actually getting to walk through the grave yards or sites would've been nice. All she did was show us a bunch of pictures on her ipad and lecture us on the sidewalk for an hour.

For those who read responses I’m seeing quite a few “not pleasant” reviews lately. They are all from the same tour. To the reviewer, I’m sorry you felt the way you did. We have to make sure everyone on the tour abides by the city laws and not block the sidewalks. Im sorry you felt lectured but the majority of the reviewers really have a great time. God Bless Tricia

The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the area. BUT..For a hour we walked in a very small square, through 2 parking lots, saw the outside of a parking garage and 2 buildings and stood outside 2 cemeteries. And then there was also the theatrics of the guide randomly calling out for a ghost to flicker a street light or a light in the cemetery.

I’m sorry you didn’t like the tour and yes we don’t walk far because of the time limit and the fact that you’ll get 7 or more stories instead of 3 or 4 by not walking a mile. Most people do not want to walk a long length after vacationing all day. We can’t please everyone. We do strive to give an excellent tour as we know your time and money is important. I asked if y’all read the website which clearly states “no book stories”. The light burned out on the 8:30 tour before yours but the other party on your tour wanted to see if anything would happen. I was doing what the other party wanted and I’m sorry you didn’t like it. We can’t please everyone and I apologize. God Bless Tricia
