What To Expect
1
St. Philip's Church
This is where it all begins. We have photographic evidence of 2 different spirits at this location that we will tell you all about. Sometimes things happen here that are not explainable and our customers are left with vivid thoughts of what just happened.
2
The Powder Magazine
We tell you about the ghosts that inhibit the magazine and sometimes have noises happen from the inside.

We had a great time on our Ghostwalk Tour. We chose this company because it’s a local, family owned business. Our guide, Tricia was extremely knowledgeable of the area and shared so many phenomenal experiences about local sightings. The full Harvest moon added even more spooktacular fun for us! The cemetery visits were awesome. We will definitely do this tour again on a future visit to Charleston.

Trish is an enthisiastic, energetic tour guide. She obviously knows a lot of Charleston history and I learned new things I had not heard on other tours. She has good pictures of possible sightings, especially if you are a believer. She had us laughing and sharing stories.

Sounds like you meant a 5 star review. I remember you and your husband and y’all let me know how much fun you had. Your tour had the crazy activity too. I’m happy you learned different things and enjoyed yourselves too! We sent you an email and if you didn’t like it we can rectify this situation. I hope y’all really enjoyed it and by your review I’ll think you did.

I feel certain Tricia is a nice lady and truly believes the disjointed, rather silly stories she tells about ghosts causing Charleston’s street lights to flicker and showing up as orbs in the grainy photos she spends a good majority of the tour showing on her ipad. However, nice as she may be, I feel she will most certainly berate me for what I’m about to say here or tell me that I’m reviewing the wrong group (I’m not). She actually had me intrigued with her story of the crooked steeple at St. Phillips Church and the modern-day ghost haunting the near-by parking lot. But after that, the tour was mostly about conversations she has had with friends and family regarding those photos of orbs on her ipad. Well that, and her loudly chastising Robert E. Lee for not flickering a light as we stood across the street staring at the Mills House Inn. We honestly wished we had slipped off, gotten some ice cream, and walked down by the battery instead. It certainly would have been a better use of our time in Charleston.

Sorry you didn’t like it Dana. I would never berate you because of your opinion of the tour. I don’t know how you thought the rest of the tour was about friends and family though as I told 4 other ghost stories as well. We did go to 2 places where there is no story but odd things happen and odd pictures are taken. Yes you did review the right tour and I doubt you were truly listening because I tell ghost stories and not talk about family and friends. Yes I do keep the iPad on for the majority to see. Many people kept coming up to it and looking as I told stories. Again sorry you didn’t like it Tricia
