We are the only Ghost Tour company that has been in operation in Charleston since 1979 and you will get a quality tour instead of a quantity tour. We are a ghost tour so if you are looking for a lot of history we suggest you take our history tour. We give a Spiritual Tour and have "at the moment" evidence of things that have happened and sometimes have things happen on tour! Our tour guides are licensed with the city of Charleston and have been guiding for many years. We are not a chain company but a mom and pop shop that is Charleston's first ghost tour company and you'll get a passionate guide who loves the history and ghosts of Charleston. We make sure you'll want to come visit again and again and enjoy what we do as we have been doing this for over 42 years. We may not have thousands of reviews because we are small but we do give the best ghost tour. Charleston is the Holy City by the Sea and our faith keeps us giving the best ghost tour around. What To Expect

St. Philip's Church

This is where it all begins. We have photographic evidence of 2 different spirits at this location that we will tell you all about. Sometimes things happen here that are not explainable and our customers are left with vivid thoughts of what just happened.

The Powder Magazine

We tell you about the ghosts that inhibit the magazine and sometimes have noises happen from the inside.

First the tour guide was rude and inconsiderate. We were on the way to the meeting area and she began calling and letting us know everyone was there. She had us going in different directions and was very confusing. We weren't late and started prior to the 8:30 start time.. My husband was having difficulty keeping up with the group and took an Uber back to the hotel. The Uber driver told him he was the smart one. The tour itself is a waste. So hokey. Our guide used an Apple computer to show pictures of supposed ghost sitings. The pictures are easily created. Her stories were so phony. Nothing remotely believable, nor did we see any lights flicker or go off or doors slam or rattle. Uneventful...

Tricia was a well informed guide and made sure everyone found the tour informative. It was interesting to hear about so much background with many ghosts and this differed from other ghost walks that have focused on a specific ghost or two by location. I appreciated how the history of Charleston and the development of the community fit. It was an easy tour with no physical demands. Tricia was very knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
