Savor the hundreds of award-winning wines offered by the local wineries and vineyards while enjoying the irresistible charm of their friendly tasting rooms. Somerset Vineyard and Winery

Somerset Vineyard & Winery, located on the property formerly known as Keyways, is a wine lover’s first stop along Temecula Valley’s De Portola Trail. The owners of Somerset share an unbreakable bond strengthened by a mutual passion to live and love in every moment of this life together. At Somerset, winemaking is the art of curating unique tasting wine that delights each drinker with every single sip. The vineyard is rooted on 13 acres that bear fruit from the Rhône varietals such as Viognier, Roussanne, Grenache and Syrah as well as the Spanish Macabeo, Monastrell and Tempranillo. This means that each bottle is an homage to ancient recipes born from soil and shared experiences.

The fruit for Callaway wines is sourced primarily from vineyards in the Temecula Valley region of California. The Temecula Valley benefits from its proximity to the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean, which allows a long, even and mild growing season. Fermenting at lower than usual temperatures causes longer and slower processing of the fruit, thus preserving and enhancing the crisp, fruit flavor of the grapes. We really enjoyed our Temecula Wine Tour.. Joseph was great about keeping in touch to make sure he picked us up at the right time and place for us. He was very well versed about the wine area and history of the wineries. His driving was great and he was very responsive to the requests of the people on the tour.

Had a wonderful day celebrating my best friends 50th birthday. Best Coast provided a fantastic package to Temecula that including picking up and dropping back off in OC. So many people in our group had never gone wine tasting before and the tour did not disappoint. So many great stops and concierge service from door to door. Joseph did an excellent job in making sure we had a great day! We would do it again. Thank you for making the planning so easy. I cannot thank you enough!!
