We were able to see manatees, Captain Dave took us to hang out with them along the shore. The Tiki ride was wonderful, Captain Dave was incredibly personable.

Spoke with Donna about a future credit when I had to unexpectedly cancel due to a family emergency. Was told on the morning of August 14th that I would be able to book for a future tour using the credit of what I had already paid. Never heard back from her and was told today that I was never told I could get a future credit. I feel like I was lied to in the process of already grieving a loss. She is not very kind and I want everyone to know that if you want to have a good business you probably shouldn’t lie to your customers! I will tell EVERYONE I know in St Pete not to use this company.

While we are sympathetic that your friend’s dog died (the “emergency”) and your friend lost her phone. Donna tried to work with you to reschedule for another time despite the last minute cancellation, but you refused demanding a refund.
