Overview
Everyone knows the name Titanic! Everyone knows Titanic struck an iceberg! And everyone knows Titanic was lost! She sat at the bottom of the ocean for 75 years before they found her in 1985. A second expedition to the wreck site went out in 1986 and that expedition was co-led by the owner of this museum. The artifacts you see throughout the ship are REAL and valued at over $4 million dollars. You'll enter as a guest and leave as a Titanic Passenger!

Titanic Museum
As the whole world remembers the worldā€™s most famous luxury liner, Titanic Museum Attraction in Branson. MO. will continue to open the door to the past in itā€™s one-of-a-kind way ā€“ letting ā€œpassengersā€ experience what it was like to walk the hallways, parlors, cabins and Grand Staircase of the Titanic while surrounded by more than 400 artifacts directly from the ship and its passengers. As visitors touch a real iceberg, walk the Grand Staircase and third class hallways, reach their hands into 28-degree water, and try to stand on the sloping decks, they learn what it was like on the RMS Titanic by experiencing it first-hand. Each guest entering the ship will receive a boarding pass of an actual Titanic passenger or crew. Feel their spirit presence in the galleries where over 400 personal and private artifacts are on display. Many are on display for the first time in the world. This is a self-guided tour.

Very informational and respectful to those that lost their lives. Great self tour with handheld audio guides. It can be a very solemn experience and I don't really recommend bringing young, impatient children (toddlers) because of narrow halls, crowds, and many exhibits are reading heavy/videos. It is wheelchair/stroller accessible.

Of all the shows, events, and places we visited while in Branson, this is the one that affected me most deeply. I will never forget the knot in my throat I felt as I took in the personal artifacts and stories of the people who died that tragic night. While it is unmistakably sad, it also brings a welling up of pride in the men on that ship who bravely stayed on board, sealing their fate, to allow the women & children to board the lifeboats. As you pass through the exhibits, you get the feeling that nothing about this museum feels like itā€™s primarily a money maker. The entire presentation is thoughtful, respectful, and well maintained. Every volunteer we spoke with was wholly committed to the effort of preserving the history of that night, the lives lost, and the survivors.
