Everyone knows the name Titanic! Everyone knows Titanic struck an iceberg! And everyone knows Titanic was lost! She sat at the bottom of the ocean for 75 years before they found her in 1985. A second expedition to the wreck site went out in 1986 and that expedition was co-led by the owner of this museum. The artifacts you see throughout the ship are REAL and valued at over $4 million dollars. You'll enter as a guest and leave as a Titanic Passenger!

What To Expect

Titanic Museum

As the whole world remembers the world’s most famous luxury liner, Titanic Museum Attraction in Branson. MO. will continue to open the door to the past in it’s one-of-a-kind way – letting “passengers” experience what it was like to walk the hallways, parlors, cabins and Grand Staircase of the Titanic while surrounded by more than 400 artifacts directly from the ship and its passengers. As visitors touch a real iceberg, walk the Grand Staircase and third class hallways, reach their hands into 28-degree water, and try to stand on the sloping decks, they learn what it was like on the RMS Titanic by experiencing it first-hand. Each guest entering the ship will receive a boarding pass of an actual Titanic passenger or crew. Feel their spirit presence in the galleries where over 400 personal and private artifacts are on display. Many are on display for the first time in the world. This is a self-guided tour.

The tour was so interesting and included so much that I did not know and had not seen before. I loved putting my hand in the water as cold as it had been that night and touching an "iceberg." I especially enjoyed having someone play the piano like the ones they had aboard the Titanic and singing "Nearer, My God, to Thee" together, s ince that was the song the orchestra played on deck as they were sinking.

In honor of Veterans Day a member of the staff recited a song by Johnny Cash "Ragged Old Flag", she did a great job. The venue itself it amazing and very well done. Walking through the halls and moving "outside" to the deck was an overall realistic feeling. The grand stairway is beautiful and certainly the center of attention. Well Done!
