A bit confusing getting in, as they had two lines. However, one of the staff walked down and explained the lines were for the next two time slots. Best to arrive only 10 minutes before your booked time. Great view of Manhattan and the Empire Stare building.

Thanks for your feedback, Tony! We're glad to hear our staff was able to assist you with the line confusion. Arriving only a bit early is a great tip for future visits. We’re thrilled you enjoyed the stunning views of Manhattan and the Empire State Building. We appreciate your input and hope to see you again soon!

The only reason to come here is for a view of the Empire State Building lit up at night. The ESB itself and The One Observatory are far superior. The staff here and organisation is terrible and the visitors are rude and pushy, save your money and do the ESB.

Brilliant experience going to the Top of the Rock observatory deck! The views were beautiful, especially as you can see the Empire State Building. You also get an amazing view of Central Park. This is a must when visiting NYC! The cafe at the top was also great as it meant we could spend more time looking at the views and get some refreshments.
