Went here on New Year’s Day. Very crowded but they managed the crowd very well. Our kids had a blast! We had 5 kids in our group ranging from an 8 yr old girl to a 15 yr old boy and everyone had a great time. The climbing area was super cool and very user friendly. Reasonably priced as well.

Took the grandkids (Ages 9 and 11) for a two hr session. They loved the ninja warrior course and the rock climbing. They were exhausted before their two hours were up but they endured to the end! Plenty of employees at each station to provide assistance (. Fitting harness correctly or supervising ninja section). Plenty of hand sanitizer available. Overall, the kids had a great time and will return one day for another fun “workout”!

THE GOOD: Excellent layout with lots of fun activities for the whole family. Our 18 year old loved everything, especially the rock climbing and ninja course. We "old-timers" also took part in all the fun and trampoline activities. We had a blast and could have stayed all day. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT; I understand that teens are the main workforce at places like this but would it be too hard to say "Hello and welcome to Top Jump?" The kids these days look so gloomy and like they are being punished and made to work. Customer service and greetings are a thing of the past in America.....Cheer up kids and SPEAK!!
