The Booking wasn't clear. paid 48.00 for a one way trip from the airport to my hotel, which would've cost me 19.00 by taxi and even less by Uber. tried on 2 different occasions to get clarity but got no response.

I got pick up from the airport and dropped off at my hotel no problem my driver didn’t speak English so no conversation

I’m very annoyed wasn’t a driver to put me husband and sister. Me and my sister are in wheelchairs. I’m in a lots of pain. I call and email telling y’all my flight was delayed. But not response from anyone. I spoke to someone in customer service but couldn’t get everyone on the phone. I have a return trip on Sunday. 😡😡😡😡
