After seven grueling hours Traveling by air, not counting all the airport time, we arrive at the airport grab our bags and head out to meet our driver. He never showed! He would not answer my messages! And I requested a refund invite or said refund rejected! I will get my money back… I don’t ever buy this tour, just saying.

Our flight was delayed and cancelled 2-3 times trying to get to Vegas from RDU and I stayed in constant communication with driver only for them to tell me they can’t do my transfer and they didn’t refund me…never again!

She was very patient for waiting on us cause our luggage was late get to us.. Being able to stop at the liquor store for drinks and snacks.
