Our driver was on time and we arrived at the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Our driver was very friendly and professional. We will definitely use this transportation service again when we are in Miami.

First pick up from airport to hotel was wonderful. The driver called me several times to check on our status and arrival. And was very kind. We just loved him. Second pick up back to airport, was very early morning we actually asked for 5:30am and had to pay extra and the driver was late picking us up and didn’t call until I reached out (and I did verify the night before our pick up time because of the time change). The driver then called me after he was 5mins late to say he was 5 mins out but it took him another 10mins to arrive. They did provide car seat which was nice (have to request it). Will use them again just hope for the first driver again.
