The van was 20 minutes late. The co-passanger of the driver was late getting back to the van. Then the driver stopped to talked to someone for over 5 minutes. Now we're 30 minutes late getting on the road.

Driver contacted me very early enough that I could communicate with him directly for pick-up location. Very nice gentleman

We let the operator know we would be ready an hour before our scheduled pickup. We fully understand that they were not obligated to pick us up early. However, for 45 mins the driver told me he was on his way. Then he was 20 mins late and still said he was on his way. If they know pick up from cruise terminals often encounter delays they should have left early. We were going to be late and all we were told is “we are on our way”. We had a plane to catch and ended up having to catch alternate transport to the airport to avoid missing our flight. We were also traveling with two elderly people and waiting extra time is very difficult for them. I would never recommend this operator. It gives viator a bad name.
