Our family of 5 had so much fun in trapped below! We had excellent game masters. Seth who helped us out at the front was great to work with. We really enjoyed the immersive nature of this room, and we booked another room on our way out!

Worker (Rae) was great at explaining and being attentive to us as a group. Be aware that the room is VERY dark and you are given limited light. Maybe I missed it in the description? I understand it is part of being "trapped below" and adds to the theme but it was a bit frustrating. I have done one room before at a different location that was a blast and plan to do more in the future, I just wouldn't suggest this exact one for your first time!
