I called the tour company (City Sights) an hour before the tour started to confirm our reservation for 5 people. I called again, 6 minutes before the tour started and stated that due to construction and traffic, our GPS stated we would arrive 1 minute late. I asked if they would wait for us. The gentleman on the phone stated no, they will not wait for us. The 5 of us started running to the pick-up location, only to watch the trolley pull away before we got there!!

We are very sorry that you missed the trolley and your refund was processed. As you know, we cannot control traffic and other conditions that effect your late arrival time. Everyone else was able to show up on time. You may not have received our last minute telephone call to you just prior to leaving.

My husband snd I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Only wish we had better views of the sights from inside the trolley. The stop at the Basilica and the Capital were incredible. We HIGHLY recommend taking this tour to get a great overview of downtown Salt Lake City.

The “entertainment” just added to the history. Always do Trolley Tours when traveling and this was by far the best! A MUST DO for your Salt Lake City stay.
