We were in SLC on business but had arrived a day early to see the sights a bit. We didn't really have a plan so went to breakfast at wonderful pastry shop downtown and took a look at tripadvisor for some ideas. We decided to start with this tour and are so glad we did. I wasn't sure what to expect, sometimes these types of things can be a little too corny, but I have to say the driver and his assistant were very, very good! They told us so much and it was also entertaining. Our stops at the church and capitol building were the perfect amount of time. It made the rest of our short time there much better because we knew where things were, how the streets were laid out, and some facts and interesting info we wouldn't have known otherwise. A couple of tips...at the end we got off at the temple area (this is an option, they will also take you back to the hotel where you were picked up). I'm glad we did because it gave us a little time to look around there and go back to see some of the things they had mentioned. However, the walk back to our hotel was a little longer than we expected. I believe there are 3 hotels for pickup, some may have been closer, but if you aren't able or don't want to walk you probably don't want to choose this option or should plan on catching an Uber back. The seats on the trolley are a little "snug" but the trolley itself was very nice, clean and comfy. Highly recommend this tour!
