Shana and Matthew were great, entertaining, enthusiastic and informative. Glen, the driver, did a wonderful job getting us from one place to another. Overall a quite enjoyable experience and great introduction to highlights of Salt Lake City. **Side note: Shana did a great job handling a sticky situation when 2 people not on our tour boarded and would not get off the trolly. Stayed calm, remained polite yet firm, they finally ‘got it’ and disembarked, they did not belong on the trolly. Nice job, Shana!

This was a great introduction to Salt Lake City. Luke and ? (Sorry forgotten her name!) did a fabulous job of keeping us all entertained. The trolley did a couple of stops (state capitol, cathedral, Union Pacific Station) which provided great photo opportunities. The included drink and snack were also welcome.
