We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Lancaster and professionalism of the guide ā€œMikeā€. The walking part was as described but keep in mind it is a hilly area. The trip to ice cream and Amish farm were interesting and relaxing. Learned alot about the area! Highly recommended!

We had out-of-town guests and wanted to have them see Lancaster County. They were very impressed, and we learned some new things as well. Our tour guide, Phil was very knowledgeable about the county, it's history, the Amish and Mennonite culture and what changes are occurring and what is presently happening within the city of Lancaster. We definitely would schedule another tour for other friends when they visit!

We had a great tour, despite COVID-19. I learned many new history lessons about Lancaster, PA, and the regionā€™s role in our nationā€™s history. The walking part of our tour was hot, and my littles (5 and 7) got restless at times, but Mike moved us along quickly enough to minimize any acting out. I got the feeling the tour would have been more involved if not for restrictions due to the COVID situation. Nevertheless, we went to an Amish creamery where we enjoyed ice cream, and I picked up a few whoopie pies. Next we visited a local Amish farm where my kiddos got to play with Jacob, Linda, and Martha and their kittens, goats, and pony named Starlight. What fun! The tour was a bit pricey, but we had Mikes undivided attention and access to his vast knowledge of the history of the area. Iā€™m glad we went.
