Very friendly people & instructors. All worked out perfectly. Also really liked & appreciated the small dive groups. The instructors also take nice pictures during the dive which they share with you afterwards. šŸ‘ŒšŸ» and thanks for the nice 4 days!

While in Key Largo we dove with ā€œSCUBA-Funā€. Overall, I thought they were a well ran, safe operation. Daniel, our guide, was very professional, always on time, and extremely helpful without hovering over you constantly. I was using my own gear, but Tom & Stacy were using rental gear, which appeared to be fairly new and in well maintained condition. Since SCUBA-Fun doesnā€™t have their own boat, they charter space on other operators boats. No issues with either of the boats we were on, but of course they each had their own way of doing things. Dive conditions were not the best, the visibility was low and there was a pretty good current most of the time due to hurricane Hermine passing through a few days prior. On the first day we dove Molasses Reef, a shallow 30ā€™ dive. Nice dive, but since it was so shallow our surface interval was just enough time to change tanks and move to another sport on the same reef (~20 min). Totally safe, but I prefer a little more time to relax on the boat and rehydrate before getting back in for another dive. On Sunday and Monday we dove the Spiegel Grove (too much current at the Duane and Bibb both days). Got to say, these were great dives despite the low vis and current. We got a couple of extra dives in on Monday afternoon at ā€œDry Rocksā€ and ā€œNorth North Dry Rocksā€. Again, shallow dives with minimum surface interval, but pretty cool diving with lots of fish and life on the reef.
