you must choose this tour over the regular Queen City underground tour. The ultimate is a smaller group 20ish compared to 70 or more people. John took us to exclusive sights and provided incredibly detailed history of OTR highly entertaining personable and funny! We were constantly interacting and asking him questions and he was delightfully smart and quick. Ending at Christian Morlein brewery gave excellent perspective to how Cincinnati is a revitalized city and leading the way in craft brewery and mixed use real estate development. Our dd is 10yrs old and she was laughing and taking pictures the entire time.

John our tour guide was not only knowledgeable but funny. The 2 hour walking city tour of the Over the Rhine neighborhood has great history that I never knew. It's amazing to see how this once high crime area has revised itself. Toured about 4 city blocks then St. Frances and it's underground cript. Then over to a once brew house to its underground brew storage area before prohibition. Last stop was to Moerlein Lager&Ale house for drinks and fun games. Loved the revised Vine street area with its numbers restaurants, shops, & ale house. Even got 1/2 off tickets for a future gangster tour.

Led by Craig, who was extremely energetic and really brought life to the history of Over-the-Rhine. You can tell that he is extremely passionate about the history of OTR and is very supportive of all the businesses in the area. Our office had our annual summer outing to include the ultimate underground tour as our activity for the day with a small group of about 17. I highly recommend any office looking for a fun outing to schedule a tour, everyone enjoyed themselves and learned a little more about the city that live in. It was filled with great history of architecture, german heritage, the development of OTR and of course the history of great beer.
