Captain Nick and awesome guy! We loved the boat ride alone, seeing UNO the whale was icing on the cake!! If you like to RUN and GUN looking for a blue whale you will love this!! 🥰🥰

Outstanding! Captain Nick was great! We boarded the boat and headed out right on time with another family. We loved that there were only 6 guests total which is always the maximum. The boat was great and Captain Nick had so much knoweldge to share with us. We saw a whale, lots of dolphins anda group of sea lions "resting" on a buoy. We highly recommend this trip with Captain Nick!

(Read below for edit/update) Booked an excursion and you guys cancelled but never notified us nor the 3rd party we reserved through (Viator said they weren't aware). We called and were made aware that it was cancelled when we were standing on the dock after driving an hour down. Unprofessional management practice in my opinion, highly do NOT recommend wasting your time for anybody that reads this, people need to be held accountable for either laziness or incompetence. I would expect when a trip is cancelled that you make sure your 3rd parties aren’t still selling your tickets and/or make sure they’re notified. One simple oversight can lead to a lot of inconvenience for someone traveling while on vacation. I will say they did process our refund very quickly which was nice, but also the bare minimum. Owner was very kind. EDIT: received a message from the owner apologizing for the issue and he offered us a complimentary voyage during our next trip. He definitely handled it as well as he could. If we can make it back to try again will definitely adjust this rating accordingly.

Robert, again we are terribly sorry you were not notified. Booking through affiliates is advantageous but challenging. Each affiliate regulates the information of the guest differently when a reservation is made. Its complicated - some affiliates omit phone numbers while some omit email addresses, and may only provide first/last name with ability to message through the affiliate platform but not all guests monitor the platform nor have notifications turned on. Our ability to contact guests individually is only as good as the information shared by the affiliate to us as the supplier. We do our best to give our guests as much notice as possible if we have to cancel. We want to save them travel time and be able to plan other activities. Despite the intricacies of affiliate and vendor integrations, we take full ownership that despite who made the mistake, our responsibility is to making it right. We would rather lose money and keep our clients satisfied, than make money and have them be upset. We would love the opportunity to have you join us in the future, redeem your complimentary passes (no expiration), and make it up to you.
