The weather was not good, 40 and raining. That didn't dampen the spirits of our tour guide, Shaun, and didn't dampen ours either. Shaun did an amazing job escorting us from facility to facility (from a horse swimming facility near Keeneland training, to an equine hospital, to two amazing farms). All the while, he entertained us with interesting anecdotes and his warm personality. Could not have asked for anything more. Would LOVE to do another.

My daughter and I made a quick trip for spring break to see the horses and fortunately made our horse farm tour with Unique Horse Farm Tours. The farms were beautiful and seeing all the brand new foals was awesome. Shaun has so much knowledge of the area and the horses not to mention the people that he knew at these places made the tours so interesting. With months away from applying to vet school Shaun made this trip wonderful for my daughter by giving us many opportunities to touch the horses and especially the trip to the Equine Hospital The chance to meet one of the founding Doctors and observe the surgeries going on was a huge highlight for my daughter!

We just finished out tour with Shaun of Unique HF Tours. Shaun was knowledgeable and shared entertaining stories and facts about famous thoroughbreds and the track. We visited 3 horse farms and got to pet yearlings and their mothers. Also stopped at a little bakery for a snack. Very enjoyable tour!
