Oct. 22 & 23, 2020 Resort early hour entrance was not a good experience! The employees had us line up in 2 lines. What we didn't know is the left line had 4 gates open and the right had a person pointing you to one of three gates. By the time we arrived at the gate, the other line had completely disappeared. Go to the left side lane, you'll get in faster! Also, you will need your hotel key card to go a little further in the park. If you go left, theres only a couple rides open - ask. If you go right side, then you can go all the way back to Harry Potter and ride more rides. The rest of park doesn't open until 10, so they won't let you go any further into the park until then. This might save you time. Never had any issues with employees enforcing masks or 6 foot distance. They are a little more relaxed than Disney World. There were many times where there were too many people and we just went the other way.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your feedback, and your valuable tips for our future Guests! We do apologize for any confusion with our Early Park Admission, but are glad you were able to take advantage of this benefit in the morning. We definitely encourage hotel Guests to utilize their Early Park Admission benefit, so they’re able to get a head start on enjoying their favorite attractions and experiences before the parks officially open. This also gives hotel Guests more flexibility throughout their day – they can enjoy the parks early, take a break with lunch at CityWalk or enjoy hotel amenities in the afternoon, then return to the parks at their leisure in the evening when Guest traffic typically subsides. Thank you again for your review, and we hope to see you back again soon!
