Loved it, unfortunately a lot of people didn’t stay the 6ft apart, but everyone wore masks... lines were longer and took forever but for health and safety reasons I completely understand!!

My husband & I visit Universal every year. This year we were excited as we've purchased tickets in advance and planned to both have the day off. but we don't have a smart phone. Without a smartphone there are issues eating in the restaurants and going on ride because we are unable to virtual cue anything. Tried to ask this question on your website but there is no link to e-mail. We always have a super time visiting Universal Studios. This year was a disappointment. Next time we will consider spending our money somewhere else. Thanks for nothing.

It was a great experience with 5 teenagers on a birthday trip. The lines weren't too long and food lines were moving as well. Lots of areas to tests and take masks off and lot of sanitizing
