I just read the review of the person who was complaining about the Fear Factor eating contest. All I can say is that I did it too, and it was great. I don't know what was wrong with that person who wrote the review, but it sounds like somebody who's a whiny baby. The milk was not actually sour, and it was mostly fish, and insects are good for you, as there are countries everywhere who eat them as their source of protein. There was nothing in that mixture that would have hurt anybody. They say what they say to get the ick factor from the audience, and it's all part of the show. If you can't handle something like that, then you shouldn't bother to enter the contest. It's called Fear Factor for a reason. The park was great, and I enjoyed my day, but entering the Fear Factor contest was the highlight of my day. It's true that all you win is a cup with free refills, but just being part of it was worth it. Right after that contest, I went and got on a roller coaster. It didn't turn my stomach at all.

My wife and I are in our late fifties and enjoyed 2 of the 3 Universal Parks. We did not go to Adventure Islands due to time restrictions and prefer beaches instead. This was our first time to Universal but have been to all the Disney parks in the past. My wife is not big on Roller Coasters but she enjoyed all the 3D rides which pleasantly surprised me because for the most part I really enjoyed them also.There were plenty of eating options and the parks there laid out well.There were some long lines but nothing to crazy. I can go on about our favourite rides but that would be a matter of opinion.Suffice to say we feel although it can be quite pricey, we had a great time and felt it was worthwhile experience.

I love universal and they nail it. This review is in hopes that they see how unhappy and insulted park goers are by this. I've had a better time passing kidney stones. Get it together, Universal.
