Definitely a must do tour it lasts 2 hours and the guide Dan is probably one of the most knowledgable tour guides I have ever known he is also funny which makes the tour more fun,we went as a couple but is good for whole family. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible check in with 150 people in too small a space. Screaming employees. Horror. People who have a voucher via the go city app are clearly lesser customers for them. 3 employees for the tours. Occasionally an employee who curry app vouchers.

Best variant to move quickly through NY. Wheels top, service friendly. NY has a lot of bike tracks. That's why you get around the city quickly.
