Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

This was easily the most fun thing we did on our trip to gatlinburg. Jean-Paul was an AMAZING guide (took us raft-surfing”, had us to a “wheely”) he was outgoing and very knowledgeable about the river and the sights. He asked us before going out how “extreme” we wanted it, so of course we went all out and we were not disappointed. Thanks for a great time!
