Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

In compliance with updated Tennessee guidelines, we are frequently sanitizing our gear and have marked floor guides so you can keep social distance within our retail building. Please bring a face mask for the bus shuttle. A ziplock bag will keep it dry during your river trip.

My wife and I went down the Upper Pigeon. It was my wife’s first time ever white water rafting, and we had the time of our lives. Everyone there was so lovely and professional. We could have not asked for greater hospitality. We we definitely come back here on every opportunity we get!

Took our grandkids (14,14,21) on this trip when we visited the Smokies. Wife and I are in early 60's and this was perfect for everyone. Was the first rafting trip for the 14 yr olds. There were only the 5 of us plus our AWESOME guide Jackson in the raft. Obviously everyone needed to paddle but nothing too strenuous. Plenty of exciting rapids to navigate and everyone got wet but no one went overboard. Easy find location. Check in easy. Very organized. Lockers ($2) available to store your items while rafting. Ample changing rooms. If you're looking for something REALLY FUN and a bit different from the usual touristy things you see everywhere in this area, this is it!! Don't forget to tip your guide at the end of the trip if you enjoyed it too.

We took the upper river tour with our guide, Chris. It was an excellent and safe trip with exciting rapids. Chris was the best!! We will definitely be back!!
