Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

This was the best time ever! Our guide Chris, was awesome he pointed out lots of wildlife, and told us about the river. We are 10/10 going to do this again.

I’ve been white water rafting once a few years prior to coming here and I can honestly say that rafting with Smokey Mountain Oudoors on the Pigeon River was a way more fun experience! I came with a few of my friends in late June and we absolutely loved everything about it! Our guide Jackson was not only very informative about how to paddle and what different landmarks and sections of the river were called, but he was also hilarious and had us cracking up laughing so much. Great conversation and high rapids equals one amazing trip! 10/10 would recommend going, and If I were you I would request Jackson as your guide!
