Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

In compliance with updated Tennessee guidelines, we are frequently sanitizing our gear and have marked floor guides so you can keep social distance within our retail building. Please bring a face mask for the bus shuttle. A ziplock bag will keep it dry during your river trip.

This was our family's first trip to Whitewater raft. We have an 11 and 12-year-old. My husband and I were a little worried about our safety, because we were so unfamiliar with rafting. This was the most amazing experience, for our whole family. Tyler was our guide and he was most exceptional! We felt very safe and it was a lot longer than we expected. We would recommend This company, for any adventures you seek out. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Would definitely do this again next trip! Ask for Tyler!

I’ve been rafting 4 times. Randy was by far, the best rafting guide I have ever had and everyone in our group agrees! Not only was he very informative about the landscape of the smokies and the pigeon river. He was also informative about rivers around the country. He was attentive to our needs and took great care to ensure we had the best and safest experience on the river possible! The other employees we encountered were also helpful and friendly, and our tour started right on time. Overall we had a fantastic experience! Thanks for being the best river guide ever Randy! You sure are Dandy!
