Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

Our trip was awesome. Had a wonderful time. Sean took wonderful care of my family and I. I think if you are a little unsure or fearful, you need a guide like Sean. Thank you so much we will be back!

We absolutely had the best time on this trip!! We will make sure we plan this every time we come back! Ask for Birdman for your guide he is the best!! We laughed the entire 2 hours!
