Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

In compliance with updated Tennessee guidelines, we are frequently sanitizing our gear and have marked floor guides so you can keep social distance within our retail building. Please bring a face mask for the bus shuttle. A ziplock bag will keep it dry during your river trip.

We had a blast! Guides are safe and knowledgeable and out for a good time! This was our first time and are ready to go again. I would highly recommend this company as noted above, they are safety first, fun second type of guides.

Had an awesome time with Randy as our guide. We have done white water rafting before on the Hudson river and we were not nearly as well prepared for the experience. I was very impressed with how professional and safety focused this team was. We definitely felt like we were in good hands with Randy's 12 years of experience on the river. We were given so much history and background on the river. It was so beautiful and tremendous fun. They assured us this would be the best part of our trip and it was. We definitely want to do this again with our kids!

I was originally going to book the scenic raft tour but that was closed so they suggested the white water rafting trip. I was pretty scared but thought what the heck! We all ended up loving it. My boys 13 and 10 got the front row and you will get wet! They offer wet suits to rent which is worth it, the water is ice cold. My husband is tall at 6’5 so he had some discomfort fitting but not terrible. Our guide was fantastic and seemed to modify some of the bumps for the hubs who had spinal fusion a few years ago. Highlight of the vacation!!
