Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

Chris on trip 12 was absolutely amazing so fun and encouraging!!! He made us feel safe, fun, and he was so funny. Exactly the way we wanted to spend the day!!!

We had a great time and our raft guide went out of her way to safely accommodate our autistic daughter by ensuring she was seated safely but also had a chance to participate at the end when the water was calmer. Definitely recommend if you are in the area!

This is the best - I would do this trip over and over - it was a Perfect afternoon. So much fun and the sights are breathtaking
