Minimum age is 8 years old and minimum weight is 70 lbs (32 kg)
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

In compliance with updated Tennessee guidelines, we are frequently sanitizing our gear and have marked floor guides so you can keep social distance within our retail building. Please bring a face mask for the bus shuttle. A ziplock bag will keep it dry during your river trip.

This was my first time white water rafting. The check-in process was easy and the facilities are well maintained. After the pre-trip safety lesson I was a little nervous about what might happen. However, I had nothing to fear. Our guide Hunter was excellent and maneuvered us around/through some tricky parts that caused other rafts to loose people. (by loose I mean they fell out of the raft but still had smiles on their faces!) The rapids were enough to have fun but not too much to fear for your life. Definitely worth doing if you are in the area.

Just want to say we ALL had a blast! We were there on August 2 with a group of 12, ages ranging from 15 to 77 and everyone was wowed by the adventure! Rain did not effect our experience in the least. One of our guides was Randy and he was AMAZING, super fun, funny and made sure all of us were safe and smiling the entire trip. Best money spent on our family vacation, would recommend to all age groups! For the price this was by far our favorite vacation experience! Everyone is already talking about when we can go back. Thank you Randy and crew for an excellent adventure!

Our August down the Pigeon River was timed perfect after recent rains that brought on a perfect weekend. The water was up (highest we had seen) and the group of 9 was set for a fun day. We were split into 2 groups. My group of 5 along with our guide Evan had a great ride. We all had some experience and Evan knew how to steer us to the "Big" stuff. We got wet, but no one left the boat. SMO and Evan made the trip perfect. Staff was knowledgeable and had the customer's safety and experience at the top of their concerns. Thanks for the ride. See you again!
