USS Arizona Package

Overview

National Park Service’s USS Arizona Package is perfect for couples coming to the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.

Check in with your Viator tour voucher at the USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour desk, located in the courtyard of the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Open daily from 7am to 5pm with free parking. (Sorry, no phone check-ins). Open 362 days a year, closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Important Information
• This program does not include the movie/boat tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial, please visit the National Park Service’s website at recreation.gov ( or call toll free US/Canada at 1-877-444-6777), tickets are available two months out and are only $1.50 each. Or come early, each day there are an additional 1,300 free tickets given out at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center on a first come, first serviced basis, and gates opens at 7am.

Such an amazing experience! Rich with history and an amazing tribute tot he brave men and women who gave there all for our country that day. It was the highlight of our trip and definitely an amazing experience I will remember forever!

I honor our Fallen Heroes; so I didn’t rate the experience any lower, out of respect to the memorial. The package and or it’s promotional approach is very exploitive. They build up your expectations of a guided/narrated tour, then they drop you off at the site and tell you it’s a self guided tour. You read the plaques on your own; just be in place for a quick ferry ride to the memorial and you read for yourself or ask the park ranger questions. The driver talks none stop as they drive you from pickup to drop off. They don’t stop and you get off as see sites; it’s strictly a drive by after they have your money! The sales people make promises that they know are never going to be delivered own. They put the drivers who have limits themselves in the position of telling that they know that you were promised things that are never going to be delivered on. Many customers were audibly disappointed and angry for being exploited without the option of a refund.

Must see . Reservations are required. It is definitely worthwhile visit because it is part of the US history. It is a somber visit.
