Took a VOF, Grand Canyon West Rim, sunset tour. Judy, the reservation agent was wonderful in helping us decipher all the different tours. Basically what makes 5 star different than the other companies is that they land in Valley of Fire whereas the others land in the Grand Canyon. Alex was our pilot and provided narration throughout the trip and pointed out different landscapes. When we landed we were able to hike around VOF for 45 minutes and then have a champagne toast before heading back and doing a tour of the strip at night before heading back. Truly wonderful.

Purchased tickets weeks in advanced as a major highlight of my trip to Vegas for them to call me that day asking to upgrade to a more expensive package which I did not want. I refused and they said well we won’t be flying out on your tickets you purchased!!(cuz there wasn’t enough people)what BS!!😔 they don’t make commission on tickets bought online so they try to push their sales !
