I highly recommend this amazing tour!! This has to be the best food tour I have ever taken!! I have done 5 different tours in NYC and 1 in Las Vegas. The information our guide Halim had was unbelievable!! The response of the owners and employees at each stop was a result of the care and planning Halim puts into his tours. Tables were ready and each stop had an individual plate for each person!! The walking tour of the area gives you great history and current information. Halim takes amazing pictures along the way and sends them with information on each stop after the tour. I have NEVER had a guide take their own pictures and share them after the tour or give you a quick synopsis of each stop!! Halim is legally blind but you would have absolutely no clue if he didn’t tell you (and the walking stick kinda gave it away!). Please do NOT let this scare you away. If you want a taste of some of the amazing food in Cocoa Village and recommendations of other things to do book this tour!! A+++ company!!

Halim was outstanding. His knowledge and love for the Village and the food was demonstrated throughout the tour. We visited had four large portion tastings. At PUB Americana, we had Gator Bites. This Floridian favorite was served with a terrific roumalade sauce. The unique restaurant was in an old 1900s bank. We then strolled through the park to hear legends of the past, see the riverfront, and a little history on a citrus grower of Cocoa. Next was Ossorio Bakery and CafƩ where we enjoyed Sara's Chicken Salad and hand-rolled croissant drizzled with house-made vinaigrette. Strolling through town, we saw many murals and shops until the next tasting at Crydermans BBQ. A Texas-style prime beef brisket smoked in the pits out back! Our last stop was Thai Thai Village with pork drunken noodles with a fragrant Thai basil. This food tour was a highlight of our weekend. Jamil is fantastic and shared so much with us. Great tour. Do this first so you can see the town and hit all the restaurant suggestions on your stay.

What a wonderful introduction to a charming village. Halim generously shared so much information about history and current goings-on in Cocoa Village and nearby areas. The four food stops all had excellent tastes and service. Well paced and well chosen restaurants.
