What To Expect

Hawaii Volcanoes National Park

Travelers will take of from Hilo Airport where they will fly directly to the volcanoes national park. Along the way they will see orchid farms and lush native forest that are in large part only found on big island. The volcanoes national park gives breathtaking views of lava flows both old and new.

Excellent trip! Worth every penny! Sam was an excellent pilot and tour guide! She asked questions and took time to ensure we all got to see and get the pics we wanted. She also told us about a local beach where we would likely see turtles, and later we did. Great experience from beginning to end.

This was going to be one of the highlights of the trip to Hawaii. Unfortunately, did not catch the weight limits on the exclusions, even though we had filled out forms when booking and where both over it. Luckily, I had noticed it prior to the 24 hour full refund dead line (still waiting for the refund). The manager was very positive , apologetic, and promptly canceled the trip. READ all the fine print BEFORE you pay, don't count on anyone else to catch it. Disappointed visitor, Bob

What an amazing experience! Our pilot and guide, Sam, was very conscientious regarding our safety and comfort, and was so knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure that everyone on both sides of the helicopter had terrific views and opportunities to capture memories, shared interesting history, and generally made our tour so very enjoyable. The views of craters and cones, the eruption of Kilauea, the waterfalls and coastline, is something I will never forget. Thank you!
