What To Expect

Hawaii Volcanoes National Park

Travelers will take of from Hilo Airport where they will fly directly to the volcanoes national park. Along the way they will see orchid farms and lush native forest that are in large part only found on big island. The volcanoes national park gives breathtaking views of lava flows both old and new.

Tour of Mauna Loa Eruption. The smoothest helicopter ride I have ever had. Chewy was awesome and very informative. Everyone got the opportunity to view the lava flows and active fissure. The office staff were great, friendly and very helpful. Will ride with them again!

Would certainly recommend Safari helicopters. Sam, our pilot, was fantastic as were the staff in the office. We enjoyed the whole experience, especially flying over the flowing lava from the erupting Mauna Loa volcano.
