We had an amazing time on our river kayak & hike to the falls! Our guide Hawaiian Brian was great! Really enjoyed the information about the history of the island, wildlife, flowers and medicinal plants. We would definitely do this again! Recommend highly!!!

Our guide, Rob, was very knowledgeable and personable. At the beginning of the day Rob asked if anyone had any evening engagements, and none did, so the day was ours. We left the marina at about 1:30 and returned at 5:30. He took care to make sure everyone had a personal experience beginning with careful prep. He ensured that everyone was paddling correctly and comfortably. Kayaking was about 45 min each way, as was hiking. The waterfall was spectacular, and we got to spend lots of time enjoying it, and a rest up before the return trip. Rob pointed out lots of details along the trip; plants, flowers, historic sites, filming sites, etc. He also had funny stories to share as well as personal experiences. All through the day he took lots of pictures and videos on his iPhone. At the end of the day we fully expected to be asked to pay for them. BUT, instead he AirDropped them to each of us! It was an exhilarating day! Amazingly, there were no mosquitos in the jungle! Our tips for others would be to have plenty of water, snacks to eat at the waterfall, a waterproof case with lanyard for your phone, and comfortable water shoes. Life preservers and dry bags were provided.
