Participants must be in good physical condition and able to hike approximately two miles through rocky, muddy and slippery terrain
Must wear shoes that are secure to your feet. No flip flops.

Ziploc bags should be used for cell phones or cameras that are not waterproof

This was a great way to learn about the plants, trees , water fall and Hawaiian history. Our guide shared lots of stories and information. The Kayak trip was beautiful and lots of fun we really enjoyed our Experience!
