The trip itself was very good. Unfortunately our tour guide was absolutely horrible. He was rude and inconsiderate. The bus driver was late on every stop and so ate away precious time. The places visited were excellent and enjoyable. I suggest that more time be dedicated to museums and less to capital hill since only allowed to take pictures outside. Also the tour guide discouraged passengers not to use the restroom. After all the rudeness he still expected a large tip. Tips should be on volunteered basis and travelers should not be made to feel obligated to give and especially a specific amount.
It was good, but the tour guide spoke in Spanish for most of the time, which I could not understand, and his broken English accent was also diffacult to understand.
The day promised to be fantastic but it was far far from that. The guide that we had had VERY little knowledge about things and the whole trip was unpleasant. The sights are spectacular however you get 5 minutes at each venue which makes it almost impossible to appreciate the historic structures in front of you. Wouldn't recommend it unless you are desperate. Better off taking the train and doing it all at your own pace.
