Overview

Maui Mountain Activities offers horseback rides that take you up into the West Maui Mountains to view waterfalls (seasonal) from a distance, then down to the coastline to ride alongside the Pacific Ocean. Experience the tranquility of Maui's native rainforests and the beauty of its waters. There is a run spot where you can run your horse, if you want (weather permitting), and your guides will take photos of you with your camera along the way. Tour through the petting zoo and experience up close the many animals, which may include mini horses, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, and sheep. This is a 2 hour tour. Soft drinks are provided and complimentary.

ACCURATE body weights are mandatory. If you exceed the body weight given to us by 15 pounds, we will try to see if there is a horse that can accommodate you. If we do not have a horse to accommodate you, you will be unable to ride and will not be refunded.
All Maui County rules and regulations are followed. No masks required.

What an amazing ride! This company is outstanding and the ride takes you up into the mountains and down by the ocean. Worth every penny! Thank you for such a fabulous day!

We had a blast!! Amazing views! I grew up on horses and did not feel like a standard trail ride! Great group!!! I will come back every year I can!!

My husband and I took our 7-year-old daughter on this adventure and it was fantastic! We were able to ride near our daughter, take pictures, run the horses, and try fresh passion fruit. The guides are extremely nice and Fred was wonderful with our daughter. He did a great job making sure she was comfortable. When choosing an adventure like this, it's important to pick one that is good to the animals. This ranch was fantastic. They only have the horses do the trail once a day before it's too hot and they all get cleaned directly afterward. You can tell that the ranch takes good care of their animals. They even have adopted goats, sheep and a variety of other animals. This is definitely worth the trip! Wonderful experience and when we're back in Maui, we'd do it all again!
