Overview

Maui Mountain Activities offers horseback rides that take you up into the West Maui Mountains to view waterfalls (seasonal) from a distance, then down to the coastline to ride alongside the Pacific Ocean. Experience the tranquility of Maui's native rainforests and the beauty of its waters. There is a run spot where you can run your horse, if you want (weather permitting), and your guides will take photos of you with your camera along the way. Tour through the petting zoo and experience up close the many animals, which may include mini horses, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, and sheep. This is a 2 hour tour. Soft drinks are provided and complimentary.

ACCURATE body weights are mandatory. If you exceed the body weight given to us by 15 pounds, we will try to see if there is a horse that can accommodate you. If we do not have a horse to accommodate you, you will be unable to ride and will not be refunded.
All Maui County rules and regulations are followed. No masks required.

We took our family of 5 (Beginner to Intermediate level riders, 8yo, 10yo, 12yo) on this horseback ride. this is our 5th trip to the island, but our first time riding. It was a blast. the staff was incredible, horses well taking care of, and beautiful views. The final touch was eating fresh passion fruit from the trail!

Great Family fun Business. This was my wifes favorite day on Maui. Friendly staff. Great horses. Nice backcountry ride. Clarify with facility if you actually get to go to the waterfall. Apparently afternoon rides don't go there. I highly recommend this activity.
