Overview

Maui Mountain Activities offers horseback rides that take you up into the West Maui Mountains to view waterfalls (seasonal) from a distance, then down to the coastline to ride alongside the Pacific Ocean. Experience the tranquility of Maui's native rainforests and the beauty of its waters. There is a run spot where you can run your horse, if you want (weather permitting), and your guides will take photos of you with your camera along the way. Tour through the petting zoo and experience up close the many animals, which may include mini horses, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, and sheep. This is a 2 hour tour. Soft drinks are provided and complimentary.

ACCURATE body weights are mandatory. If you exceed the body weight given to us by 15 pounds, we will try to see if there is a horse that can accommodate you. If we do not have a horse to accommodate you, you will be unable to ride and will not be refunded.
All Maui County rules and regulations are followed. No masks required.

Really great experience. Staff was friendly, informative and on time. The ride was beautiful and lasted over 2 hours. You ride all the way up to see beautiful views and then all the way down to the beach. Then back up. Breathtaking! Peacocks and really nice cats too! Horses where suited for all levels. This is important on this ride. I was very impressed with the care, strength and agility of all their horse. Well Done!

This tour was one of the highlights of my stay on Maui. My guides were both so thoughtful and polite and really helped you feel comfortable and in control on the horse. My horse Charley was super hungry, but very easy to ride and I’m really glad I went!
