Overview

Maui Mountain Activities offers horseback rides that take you up into the West Maui Mountains to view waterfalls (seasonal) from a distance, then down to the coastline to ride alongside the Pacific Ocean. Experience the tranquility of Maui's native rainforests and the beauty of its waters. There is a run spot where you can run your horse, if you want (weather permitting), and your guides will take photos of you with your camera along the way. Tour through the petting zoo and experience up close the many animals, which may include mini horses, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, and sheep. This is a 2 hour tour. Soft drinks are provided and complimentary.

ACCURATE body weights are mandatory. If you exceed the body weight given to us by 15 pounds, we will try to see if there is a horse that can accommodate you. If we do not have a horse to accommodate you, you will be unable to ride and will not be refunded.
All Maui County rules and regulations are followed. No masks required.

Did this ride with my husband and mother. We had such a great time. Everyone that works there is so awesome. And helpful. Explaining all the different types of vegetation around us. We’ve done many horseback riding adventures on the other islands. This one was by far the best. Thank you so much.

Had the BEST time - the owner and the guides were amazing - during the ride we were given facts and history about the island. The guides were wonderful - I highly recommend this adventure - worth every penny!

Fun with friendly guides. They try to match you with a horse according to your experience level, so be realistic if you are advanced or just a beginner. Be prepared to get dirty.... a layer of red dirt covered everything when we were done. I had red dirt not only in my nose, but also in my ears! All in all, a fun time....
