We went on the 10am dolphin watching cruise on 9/1. The first part of the cruise, when we were cruising thru the waterway, was rather boring, but once we reached the bay the rest of the ride more than made up for it. We saw about 35-40 dolphins (they tend to swim in groups) and the captain's commentary was quite interesting too. Two things I learned from his narration: 1) in the wild, dolphins live to the ripe old age of 45-50, but in captivity, of every 3 dolphins, 2 will die within 90 days and the 3rd won't live for more than 5 years. 2) Dolphins mate 365 days a year, 5-7 times per day!!

We celebrated our anniversary with a 3 hour dolphin and whale watching cruise. Got to see plenty of dolphin but no whale. Boat and crew were great and stayed out a little longer looking for whale

My wife and I went on a two hour dolphin watch tour. We unfortunately had reservations for a rainy Saturday evening cruise (our schedule wouldn't allow a change). While we had a good tour with some dolphin sightings, the weather was a drag. At the end of the tour, the owner / operator announced that the tour wasn't up to his normal standards, despite what we did get to see. The owner decided to give everyone on board the option to come back for a future trip for free. It was a class act, no questions asked. Because of this and our positive experiences in the past, we will absolutely be back in the future!
